👨‍💻 About the Role

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer Co-op to join our in-house product team. You'll help develop a custom cloud-based Alphian Management Portal — an internal platform used by all departments to streamline workflows, store knowledge, track service delivery, and manage customers from end to end.

This isn’t a support role — it’s a build-it-from-scratch, system-architecting, cross-functional developer opportunity with real-world impact.

💼 What You’ll Be Building

You’ll be part of a small agile team responsible for designing and coding a modular portal that serves all areas of the business:

🔒 Security & Surveillance

Monitor alarm system statuses and CCTV installations

Centralize diagnostics and access control information

🌐 Managed IT & Networking

View, log, and triage service tickets

Map and manage WiFi coverage and access points

🧾 Customer Management & Billing

Maintain a customer database with service history and active installations

Generate and archive invoices, quotes, and service records

💡 Digital Signage & Menu Boards

Update signage content and manage location-based campaigns

Provide real-time previews and control

📚 Knowledge Base & Ticketing

Create and manage internal documentation and setup guides

Build a ticketing and task system for both employees and client services

🛠️ Tech Stack You’ll Work With

Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript

Backend: Django, Spring Boot, Flask

Data: SQL Server, Hive, ETL pipelines

Infrastructure: Docker, GitHub, Cloud APIs

Security: SNMP, Wireshark, ZTA best practices

🙋 Who You Are

Master’s student in Computing, Engineering, or related field (co-op eligible in May 2025)

Comfortable working across the full stack with real users and real data

Interested in creating tools that improve daily operations for internal teams

Curious, adaptable, and not afraid to suggest improvements or take ownership

Bonus: you’ve worked with networking, security, or cloud platforms in projects or courses
